David moved to the grand strand in 2004 with his girlfriend after spending 3 years studying at Marshall University. Not too long after, David got heavily involved in the real estate market, realizing the potential that existed. His expertise previously focused on new construction homes and condos, but now is a buyer’s specialist. Prior to joining the Jerry Pinkas Real Estate Experts, David managed 5 HOA communities (50+ units a piece) and became the president of a 64 unit condo complex. When David is not at work, he spends his time with his wife Brooke and their four beautiful children ages: 12, 6, 3, 2. He also plays men’s softball all year round and enjoys graphic & website design in his free time. He is happy to be a part of the team and is looking forward to applying his background to his new position along with implementing the new skills that he gains from the Jerry Pinkas Real Estate Experts.
